Abstract | OBJECTIVE: CASE SUMMARY: DISCUSSION: CONCLUSIONS: To our knowledge, this is the first documented report of clozapine-induced peripheral eosinophilia and PFE. Clinicians should consider clozapine as a possible cause of these reactions.
