[HLA antigens and schizophrenia].

Abstract
The distribution of HLA-system antigens was examined in 87 schizophrenic patients with various forms of the disease course, and in 130 healthy donors. An increase of the number of persons with HLA-A10 antigen among patients with continuous schizophrenia, and of persons with HLA-B12 antigen among patients with paroxysmal form of the disease was revealed. At the same time no differences in the distribution of HLA antigens were noted on comparing healthy donors with the total group of the patients.
