[Multicentric ambulatory trial of Trolovol (D-penicillamine) in chronic polyarthritis].

Abstract
Discontinuation of therapy and non-observance of the prescribed period required in the present evaluation to take the duration of treatment into account as an influential factor. However, due to the limited extent of the trial, it was not possible to process the time influence. Therefore, the conclusions gained are to be interpreted to the effect that they are statistically vertifiable for a selected patient group with a therapy period of 4 months or longer.
