[Treatment of urinary tract infections in paralytics with spinal cord lesions. Effect and tolerance of co-soltrim (lidaprim)].

Abstract
Lidaprim, a bactericidal chemotherapeutical substance (combination of sulfametrol and trimethoprim), was administered to 29 patients with transverse lesions of the cord with paraplegia and urinary tract infections. The substance was tested in view to its antibacterial activity and its tolerance. Concerning therapeutic effects and tolerance the results were noteworthy.
