Abstract | THE GOAL: PROCEDURES: The expression of YAP protein was evaluated in tissue microarray by immunohistochemistry. Correlation between YAP expression and clinicopathological characteristics of renal cell carcinoma was analyzed. RESULTS: Downregulation of YAP protein was observed in ccRCC samples (P=0.0311). Downregulation of YAP expression was correlated with higher T classification, higher clinical stage, and poorer differentiation (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:
