Abstract |
Curative efficiency of hydrophilic-base multicomponent ointments was assessed in patients with puerperal endometritis with respect to hospital strains causing pyoseptic complications. Rationale are given for the choice of the ointment with respect to specific requirements to drugs, used for such purposes. Etiologic contribution of opportunity organisms (both aerobic and anaerobic ones) to the pathologic condition in identified. A method has been developed for local treatment of endometritis with Dioxicol ointment, which promoted a more rapid recovery of the patients.
