Abstract | BACKGROUND/AIMS: METHODOLOGY: 207 cases suffered from pancreatic carcinoma or periampullary carcinoma received pancreatoduodenectomy in the Anhui Provincial Hospital from Dec. 2007 to Dec. 2012 were analyzed. 17 clinicopathologic factors that could possibly influence postoperative mortality and morbidity were selected for univariate analysis and multivariate analysis using Logistic Regression.
