trisomy 4q Chromosome 4
A chromosomal abnormality characterized by an extra copy or duplication of the long (Q) arm of chromosome 4. Affected individuals may have intellectual disability, seizures, MICROCEPHALY; growth delay, hearing impairment, craniofacial and endocrine abnormalities, and malformed thumbs.
