Abstract | PURPOSE: DESIGN: Observational case series with measurement of visual acuity and eye movements before, during, and after therapy. METHODS: Two adult patients with superior oblique myokymia, refractory to other therapies, were treated with gabapentin orally after informed consent was obtained.
