Protein-Arginine Deiminase Type 2

A widely expressed isoenzyme of peptidylarginine deiminase, a post-translational modification enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of protein-bound ARGININE residues to CITRULLINE residues in a CALCIUM ion-dependent manner.
