Abstract | BACKGROUND: METHODS: RESULTS: CONCLUSIONS: These results provide two independent proof-of-principle demonstrations of symptom relief by targeting a specific genotype and explicitly link an individual mutation to the pathophysiology of psychosis and treatment response.
