Abstract | OBJECTIVE: DESIGN: Randomized experiment. SETTING: Research laboratory at a university hospital. SUBJECTS: Thermal injury in mice. INTERVENTIONS: MEASUREMENTS AND MAIN RESULTS: CONCLUSIONS: Our study suggests that polydeoxyribonucleotide may be an effective therapeutic approach to improve clinical outcomes after thermal injury.
