Abstract | PURPOSE: MATERIALS AND METHODS: RESULTS: All cases were treated with oral prednisolone, azathioprine, and cyclosporine in combination, and rapid remission was observed in all patients. The synergistic effect of the triple agent immunosuppressives helped in preventing recurrences. Prolonged treatment with steroid sparing immunosuppressives in severe and recalcitrant cases of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome maintained disease remission. CONCLUSION:
