Fenretinide as an anti-angiogenic agent in neuroblastoma.

Abstract	Angiogenesis is a critical event in the progression of human neuroblastoma. This mini-review summarizes our literature and experimental data concerning the use of anti-angiogenic molecules, such as TNP-470 and fenretinide, in neuroblastoma treatment.
