Abstract | UNLABELLED: IMPLICATIONS: During surgery, dynamic left ventricular outflow obstruction (LVOT) can potentially occur frequently, but diagnosis may be less frequent. When circulatory disturbance occurs with suspicion of LVOT obstruction, transesophageal echocardiography can provide exact proof of diagnosis and basis for immediate treatment.
