Topical N-acetylcysteine for lamellar ichthyosis.

Abstract
The antioxidant N-acetylcysteine has an antiproliferative effect on a culture of human keratinocytes. We report a patient with lamellar ichthyosis satisfactorily treated with topical N-acetylcysteine.
