Abstract | PURPOSE: To review the available treatment modalities for Acanthamoeba keratitis and to assess the most effective regimens. METHODS: The efficacy of therapeutic modalities and chemotherapeutic agents used in the treatment of Acanthamoeba keratitis was reviewed.
