Laser resurfacing: the nurse's role.

Abstract
CO2 laser resurfacing is an effective alternative to dermabrasion and chemical peels in the treatment of fine wrinkles, laugh lines, photodamaged, or acne scarred and pitted skin. Nurses play an important role in educating and treating patients, and in helping them comply with therapy.
