[The rare case of a intrapulmonary hamartochondrosarcoma (author's transl)].

Abstract
Case report of a rare primary intrapulmonary hamartochondrosarcoma in a 56 years old man. The patient on whom a resection of the upper lobe and then a x-ray therapy was performed, died two years after operation of liver metastases. A review of the literature, of pathogenesis and characteristics of this disease are given.
