[The efficacy of anti-arrhythmia therapy with bonnecor in middle-aged and elderly patients].

Abstract
Antiarrhythmic activity of bonnecor was tried in 15 patients with cardiac arrhythmia. 14 patients had ischemic heart disease, 1 patient suffered from valvular disease. The treatment was assessed by the trends in subjective and objective parameters including ECG monitoring, arterial pressure, hepatic tests. The findings support high efficacy of bonnecor in patients with ventricular and atrial extrasystole, atrial fibrillation.
