[The dynamics of vertebrogenic vestibular dysfunction under the influence of manual therapy].

Abstract
The authors studied the time course of spontaneous nystagmus and parameters of vestibuloocular interaction in patients with reflex syndromes of cervical osteochondrosis accompanied by vestibular dysfunction, under the influence of manual therapy. It has been established that the most informative parameters, capable of reflecting in an objective manner the dynamics of vestibular dysfunction in the course of treatment are intensity of spontaneous nystagmus and reaction of suppression of vestibuloocular reflex by gaze.
