Peliosis hepatis and oral contraceptives. A case report.

Abstract
Peliosis hepatis associated with prolonged usage of oral contraceptives occurred in a patient. This paper presents the clinical picture and pathologic findings. Liver palpation in patients using birth control pills is very important. Peliosis hepatis may be reversible when oral contraceptives are discontinued.
