A vascular band to Meckel's diverticulum.

Abstract
In a Meckel's diverticulum, heterotopic tissue, inflammation and a vascular band co-existed. The band originating from the superior mesenteric artery, was separated from the mesentery and represented a remnant of the vitelline artery.
