[Myelolipoma of the adrenal gland].

Abstract
Myelolipoma is a benign, rare and hormone-inactive tumour of the adrenal gland. Only symptomatic or large myelolipomas have to be removed. CT enables diagnosis with a high degree of safety and accuracy.
