Premature multiple Bowen's disease in poikiloderma congenitale with warty hyperkeratoses.

Abstract
A constant gradual malignant degeneration of verrucous hyperkeratoses was observed in a now 16-year-old poikiloderma congenitale patient although topical immunotherapy of the warty lesions was partially successful and led to an improvement of T-cell functions.
