A field trial evaluating the use of cefoperazone in the treatment of bovine clinical mastitis.

Abstract	A field trial was designed to investigate the efficacy of a single intramammary infusion of cefoperazone in the treatment of clinical bovine mastitis. 110 cases of naturally occurring mastitis were treated and the clinical and bacteriological cure rates at day 14 after treatment were recorded.
