[The use of laser radiation in the combined treatment of fingernail pathology].

Abstract
Clinical trials evidence the efficacy of laser treatment as a component of multiple-modality therapy of nail diseases of various etiology. The coagulating effect of highly intensive laser radiation may be used for nail plate removal, and that of low-intensity lasers for stimulation of the reparative processes in the nail plate.
