Abstract | PURPOSE: METHODS: This is a retrospective study of a 35-year-old man who had multiple Leber miliary aneurysms with exudation and edema involving the macula. The patient's data were collected from case notes over a 3-year period of management of the condition. RESULTS: CONCLUSION: Intravitreal dexamethasone implants should be considered along with other treatment options when planning treatment of Leber miliary aneurysms. However, the long-term stability of the disease with these injections is not known.
