[Therapy of acute non-tubercular bronchopulmonary infections with josamycin].

Abstract
Thirty-five patients with acute pneumonia of bacterial etiology were treated with josamycin at the dose of 2 g/day (adults) or 50 mg/kg/day (children). Therapeutic results were completely satisfactory (100% recovery) and the incidence of side-effects was very low (one case of urticaria).
