[Laparoscopic subtotal colectomy with mesorectumectomy in case of Hirschsprung's disease in adults].

Abstract
Hirschsprung's disease in adults is a rare pathology. It was suggested the new method of Hirschsprung's disease surgical treatment in adults: distal subtotal colectomy, mesorectumectomy, appendectomy with ceco-anal anastomosis. The successful experience of laparoscopic subtotal colectomy, mesorectumectomy for this pathology is described in the article.
