Abstract | UNLABELLED: CASE DESCRIPTION: CONCLUSION: For this deficiency there is no other treatment than vitamin B1 supplementation. Timely recognition of vitamin deficiencies and pro-active supplementation are essential in order to prevent serious complications following bariatric surgery.
