Abstract | PURPOSE OF REVIEW: RECENT FINDINGS: SUMMARY: PPARγ agonists are effective in delaying and even preventing the progression of many renal diseases, especially diabetic nephropathy. PPARγ may represent a promising target for the treatment of renal diseases.
