Abstract | STUDY DESIGN: In this case report, we present maxillary Pseudomonas aeruginosa sinusitis in an immunocompetent patient who underwent an autologous bone transplant for the insertion of dental implants. RESULTS: CONCLUSION: Despite the infection resolution, severe complications were observed with important legal consequences.
