[Effectiveness of applications of early enteric nutrition in patients with pancreonecrosis].

Abstract
The results of treatment of 90 patients with necrotic pancreatitis were analyzed with the aim to establish the efficacy of early enteric nutrition compared to parenteral nutrition. It was revealed that inclusion in the program of nutritive support of early enteric nutrition increased the probability of survival and decreased the postoperative lethality, frequency and severity of suppurative complication in these patients, improved the clinical and laboratory manifestations of the disease on 7-15 day from the beginning of the treatment.
