Abstract | BACKGROUND: CASE: CONCLUSION: Selective transcatheter uterine artery embolization may be used to control life-threatening pelvic hemorrhage unresponsive to traditional local measures. Such an intervention may also be used successfully in patients with bleeding disorders as the last chance of uterine preservation.
