Abstract |
Results of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCHPG), conducted in 36 patients, operated on for complicated forms of pancreatonecrosis, are adduced. In 18 of them the pancreatic duct mouth stenosis was revealed and in 4--stenosing papillitis. Endoscopic interventions were extensively applied for these complications elimination. There was established, that ERCHPG constitutes fairly secure and highly informative diagnostic method.
