Abstract | BACKGROUND: METHODS: RESULTS: CONCLUSIONS: Renin-angiotensin system inhibition can reverse age-related, advanced cardiac hypertrophy. The mechanism of reversal is partly due to suppression of cardiac oxidative stress.
