[Similar pulmonary opacities and different diagnoses].

Abstract
We present two clinical cases with same radiologic images, giant round pulmonary opacities, clearly demarcated, that have different etiologies and different evolution. One of the patients was diagnosed with pulmonary carcinoma, and directed to the oncology department. The other one was diagnosed with pulmonary abscess, treated with antibiotics and improved.
