[Primary signet ring cell adenocarcinoma of the bladder. Description of a case and review of the literature].

Abstract
The Author presents a case of primary signet-ring cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder treated with radical cystectomy and died 17 months after surgery. Only 14 well documented cases have been previously published. Biological and clinical aspects of the neoplasm and its therapy are discussed too.
