Pre-prosthetic surgery.

Abstract
This paper deals with surgical procedures that can be routinely used in a hospital dental clinic to improve the function of the final prosthesis. This report will discuss alveoplasty, Vestibuloplasty, Fibrous Tuberosity Reduction, Denture Fibrosis, Tori and Exostosis, Labial and Lingual Frenum and Oro-Antral Opening (Table 1).
