[Early primary abdominal pregnancy treated by laparoscopy].

Abstract

Our study describes abdominal pregnancy in 28-years old woman. Patient was admitted to Gynecological Surgery Department of Polish Mother's Memorial Hospital in Lódź with lasting for a few hours strong abdominal pain. We carried out detailed diagnostics, that showed the main importance of beta-human chronic gonadotropin level monitoring and helpful role of the ultrasonography study in abdominal pregnancy diagnosis. This woman was treated by laparoscopy that surely confirmed the diagnosis and allowed for total cure.
