CD18 Antigens

Cell-surface glycoprotein beta-chains that are non-covalently linked to specific alpha-chains of the CD11 family of leukocyte-adhesion molecules (RECEPTORS, LEUKOCYTE-ADHESION). A defect in the gene encoding CD18 causes LEUKOCYTE-ADHESION DEFICIENCY SYNDROME.
Also Known As:
CD18 Antigen; beta2 Integrin; p150,95 beta-Subunit; Integrin, beta2; beta-Subunit, p150,95; beta2, Integrin; p150,95 beta Subunit; Antigens, CD18; Integrin beta2
