01/01/2005 - "Immunostaining of the tumor cells was positive for cytokeratin (CK) of wide-spectrum screening and for CK 7. The diagnosis of papillary adenocarcinoma of the extrahepatic bile duct was based on the morphologic features of the neoplasm and evidence of local invasion. "
01/01/1995 - "Basal cells were positive for high molecular weight cytokeratin in 2 cases of papillary hyperplasia but were missing in papillary adenocarcinoma. "
10/01/1992 - "Immunohistochemical staining revealed that elements of the papillary adenocarcinoma were positive for carcinoembryonic antigen, epithelial membrane antigen, keratin, endocrine granule constituent, and CA19-9, while components of the small cell carcinoma were weakly positive only for neuron-specific enolase. "
01/01/2001 - "To elucidate the characteristics of NOCS arising from ovarian carcinoma, we investigated the immunohistochemical reactivities of keratin, epithelial membrane antigen(EMA), vimentin, and proliferative cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in 4 cases of ovarian carcinoma with NOCS(NOCS group), including 3 cases of serous surface papillary adenocarcinoma(SSPC) and 1 case of small ovarian primary serous papillary adenocarcinoma(SPC). "
04/01/1990 - "Primary and metastatic tumor tissues of serous papillary adenocarcinoma of the endometrium were examined for the following: (1) amplification of int-2, c-erbB-2 and c-myc proto-oncogenes by Southern blot hybridization; (2) DNA ploidy by flow cytometric study; (3) and expression of specific proteins, such as estrogen and progesterone receptors, keratin, vimentin, and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) using immunohistochemical and biochemical techniques.
