Acute erythroleukemia

A leukemic or pre-leukemic condition characterized by acute erythroblastic leukemia. Patients may also have elevated IgM and erythrocyte hexokinase levels, as well as marrow hypocellularity and chromosome abnormalities. Familial cases may be associated with mutations in the the EPOR gene. OMIM: 133180
