Amniotic Band Sequence
A rare amniotic band syndrome characterized by ENCEPHALOCELE, facial and orbital clefts, eyelid COLOBOMA; ECTOPIA CORDIS, internal organ abnormalities, SCOLIOSIS, and constrictions and congenital amputation of the hands and feet. The structures involved are variable and incidence is 1/1,200-1/15,000 live births. OMIM: 217100
