A rare amniotic band syndrome characterized by ENCEPHALOCELE, facial and orbital clefts, eyelid COLOBOMA; ECTOPIA CORDIS, internal organ abnormalities, SCOLIOSIS, and constrictions and congenital amputation of the hands and feet.
