Successful treatment of gangrene in systemic necrotizing vasculitis with iloprost.

AbstractSystemic necrotizing vasculitis is uncommon in children and may be rarely associated with gangrene. We describe a 3-yr-old girl with parvovirus B19-induced necrotizing vasculitis whose digital gangrene was successfully treated with iloprost, a prostacyclin analogue.
