[The efficacy of hepatoprotective agents in experimental chronic hepatitis].

Abstract
Hepatoprotective drugs eplyr, essential, salsocollin, macsar and legalon in rats with chronic CCl4 hepatosis prevent fibrosis development, inflammatory infiltration of portal tracts, dystrophia and hepatocytes necrosis, reduce the content of hepatic glycoseaminoglycanes, oxyproline and different collagenic fractions in liver, weaken manifestations of cytolytic and cholestatic syndromes, improve antitoxic hepar function.
