Heterogeneity of centronuclear myopathy shown by flow cytometry of nuclear DNA.

Abstract
Determination of nuclear DNA by flow cytometry of skeletal muscle biopsies of three unrelated male patients with centronuclear (myotubular) myopathy demonstrated, in two patients, a normal pattern and, in one case, a near haploid DNA content in c. 60% of all nuclei, indicating muscle tissue mosaicism.
