[Miragel in surgery of retinal detachment].

Abstract	The authors presented results of the surgical treatment of 33 patients with retinal detachment, in whom Miragel implants were used for scleral buckling. The studies have confirmed that Miragel is a very good material for retinal detachment surgery and its application on a larger scale is recommended.
