[Changes in the adenylate cyclase system of rat liver cells in acute experimental hepatitis and ways of correcting them].

Abstract
Impairments of the cAMP system in rat liver tissue are of importance in pathogenesis of acute heliotrin hepatitis. Such drugs as phosphatidylcholine, ecdystene, unithiol promote the impaired lipid environment restoration which makes it possible to normalize the adenylate cyclase system and cyclic nucleotides functions.
